Solar activity remains at very low levels. All current sunspot regions are stable and the chances for a moderate solar flare is low.
A small Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) is seen in the latest STEREO Ahead and Behind images on Tuesday morning. This is most likely due to a prominence lifting off in the northern hemisphere and appears to be directed to the north.
A glancing blow impact from a CME on Feb 10 was expected this morning between 06:00 and 12:00 UTC, however this time period has passed with no increase in geomagnetic activity detected.
